Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site
August 11, 2016
Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site is a separate protected wilderness on the Atlantic coast, where you can experience tens of thousands of stars in Nova Scotia’s only Dark Sky Preserve, just 31 miles (50 km) west of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Canada. It’s a great destination any time of year for camping, hiking, picnics, photography, bird-watching, stargazing, or just exploring. Please note that while a variety of camping opportunities are offered, there is one designated “Sky Circle” area near the main campground where night sky viewing and evening actives are promoted. For reservations, visit online or call.
