I had to send this pic in because in the newsletter today they were discussing the Orionid meteor shower. I was out taking pics of Orion for another purpose and have about 3 hours of exposure. In one of those frames I had a meteor (and a plane or satellite). So, I just had to send it in as it came from exactly the direction predicted in the article today and it has such a brilliant green tail. The night sky can be so much fun!
