The day started out on the cloudy and light rain. By noon time, I thought this was going to be another bust due to the cloudy skies. Sitting in the living room watching the eclipse progress on the Weather Channel, I noticed it was starting to get brighter outside. I grabbed the camera, solar glasses and accessories and headed out to the patio. Surprise, I could the clouds starting to break a bit. I ended up with a lot of good photos. Thank the weather gods for a bit of clearing skies!
