Early this morning, Mercury in the greatest western elongation and Venus, the brightest star in the morning, were very dazzling in the faintly bright sky in the east. Venus and Mercury are flanked by the constellations of Leo and Hydra. But at 4:55 in the morning, there are still a few stars in Leo and Hydrathat are still under the horizon and have not yet risen.
