After checking the moonset time, I went down to see if I could spot the razor thin waxing crescent moon. I was lucky to have spotted it in the distance at the north west direction of Singapore. The moon details are as follow :
Moon Direction: 267.63° W↑
Moon Altitude: 6.11°
Moon Distance: 401,354 km
Though the moonset was at 7.59 pm today, the moon disappeared into the clouds 20 minutes before the setting. Fortunately I took a few shots before it disappeared into the cloud beneath barely 5 minutes into my photo taking ! It was so beautiful to see it this form.
