Image Details:

Four Minutes of Jupiter.

The gas giant Jupiter has more than 80 moons, however, we mostly get to see four of them. This image captures the trail of bright jupiter and four of its moons: Europa, Io, Ganymede and Callisto (from left to right).
In a 240 second long exposure, captured at 600mm focal length, the image captured a long trail of Jupiter and its moons. Also captured in the frame is the star 43 Ari and a few fainter stars.
Due to hazy conditions, the bright jupiter shows a faint colourful corona around it.
