Hummingbird Moth

It is nearly Spring here and the lemon tree in our backyard is going bonkers putting on flowers and fruit. Recently a new character has been taking advantage of the flowers - a 'hummingbird moth'! There are about 3 of them around and I was lucky enough to get a photo of this guy today. He is small compared to one that has been here which is just about the size of a hummingbird. As it buzzed past me that is what I thought it was, then realized it was NOT!
