The waxing gibbous moon was in sight briefly before the cloud formation and it has been raining for the past few days. Fortunately I had taken some pictures of the moon which was about 58% illuminated. The moon was clearly visible for about 15 mins and thereafter throughout the day it was no longer visible due to rain cloud formation.
