I used a Nikon P900 automatic zoom camera on Moon mode. The settings were exposure 1/200, at F5.6. The ISO was set at 400.
In camera trimming for size.
This is a photo of the Quarter Moon from last night. In the center of the image we have the Apennine Mountain range. To the right of the mountain range is Mare Serenitatis (Sea of Serenity). Above this location are two large craters with Aristoteles being the largest and the smaller being Eudoxos. When the Moon is in it's partial phases the features are much more distinguishable than when it is in the Full Moon phase. This is due to shadow's from the sunlight.
