Slight edit to contrast and brightness to the original picture to enhance the image quality.
This is a not a rare bird species and commonly found in our neighbourhood usually in pairs. The spotted dove (Spilopelia chinensis) is a small and long-tailed pigeon. This sole pigeon was taken at close proximity just outside my window some 2 metres away. They are dull coloured but their feathers are beautiful and the spots on the neck which the bird got its name i supposed. Though I had previously shared the same bird pictures, they look different each time from the way they pose.
