A very cold gray morning, I watched as a Peregrine Falcon kept it's eyes on anything that flew by. Being the fastest creature on the planet, they can reach speeds up to 200 mph. They mostly feed on birds that they capture in flight. Today, they are a conservation symbol for one of North America's recovering endangered species.
