Spotted the rose-ringed parakeet (Psittacula krameri), also known as the ring-necked parakeet, is a medium-sized parrot in the genus Psittacula, of the family Psittacidae. The bird suddenly appeared on the twig during sunrise this morning and barely five minutes later it flew off from the branch. I was lucky to have captured some photos of it before its flight. They are commonly found here in groups of 4 or 5 and do make some noises while perched on the tree. This is a male bird identified by its red and black neck ring. The bird is really so beautiful and colourful.
