Adjust contrast, highlights, sharpen PS and HDR

I was taking sunset pictures when the US Coast Guard boat zoomed into the ocean (Pacific Ocean). The boat sailed away creating golden water splashes and sprays that look magical. The red bell buoy is half a mile from the harbor channel entrance into the ocean.
