Mars and the Gas Giants are growing farther apart. Mars is 43° from Jupiter.
Saturn and Jupiter clear the Eastern horizon well before Midnight now. Mars becomes an evening planet in late July. So you have to be either an early bird or a night owl to see this stuff.
There is something metaphysical about seeing a common house gecko and the Galactic Center in the same view!
