This is the best time to observe the shadows cast by the Caucasus Mts., which rise above 19,000ft.! Note how sharp the peaks are. After a few billion years they have not been weathered. Because there is no weather ?.
Note the white streak that bisects the Sea of Serenity, passing thru tiny Bessel crater. That is an impact ray from Tycho, over 1400 miles away! That's like ejecta from a meteoroid impact on Piscataway, N. J. reaching Waco, TX.! My goodness!
