Filters: Optolong narrowband SII (S) 6.5nm, Ha (H) 7nm and OIII (O) 6.5nm filters

Post-processing Details:

Stacked in Siril, removed stars by Starnet+ then stretched then added the stars. Final photo was processed in Photoshop

Image Details:

The Lagoon Nebula (M8) is 4,100 light years away. The radius is 55 x 20 lightyears. It’s one of the only two star-forming nebulae faintly visible to the eye, you can see it as a distinct cloud-like patch with a definite core with binoculars.I captured it from my driveway through my telescope using Sulphur, Hydrogen-Alpha and Oxygen filters
