By submitting a photo to EarthSky Community Photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Any photo you submit...

• must be your personal work or that of someone for whom you are an agent.
• must be in .jpg or .png format.
• may not exceed 10 megabytes in size.
• must not contain copyrighted material (except as owned by you, the photographer).
• must not contain malicious code.

You retain ownership and copyright of your photo. You grant EarthSky Communications permission to use and display your photo including on the EarthSky website, galleries, donation/fundraisers and social media. EarthSky cannot guarantee that your photo will not be copied by unauthorized individuals or groups. EarthSky reserves the right to deny or remove your photo at any time.

If you want your photo removed from EarthSky Community Photos, you must send a request to earthsky-community-photos@earthsky.org and allow five business days for its removal.
