Warren Lake
November 14, 2017
Warren Lake is the largest lake in Cape Breton Highland National Park. It is located in the northeast end of the Cape Breton island, accessible from the famous Cabot Trail and 2 hours north of Sydney, NS. The lake has a 2.9-mile (4.7 km) loop trail around it. The park is open year round but visitor services are only available from mid-May until mid-October. An EarthSky community member says: “There is no ambient light. It is very easy to access.”
