Sugud Timpango Road

Sugud Timpango Road is a 21.2 kilometer out and back trail with moderate traffic, located 21 km (13 miles) south of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The trail is primarily used for trail running, road biking and scenic driving and is accessible year-round, but is rated as “hard” at alltrails.com. It offers stargazers ‘low light pollution and a wide sky.’ The majority of the road is paved but there are unpaved portions. Note that the road is used primarily by motor vehicles so it is important to exercise caution in sharing the road between bikes, pedestrians, and cars.
