Observatory Park

Observatory Park is an Ohio park with planetarium shows and telescopes, just 45 miles (73 km) northeast of Cleveland, Ohio. It’s an accredited dark sky park, believed to “provide an exciting link to the history of astronomy in Ohio while creating resources for the future” by the International Dark Sky Association. The observatory also offers educational walking trails on space and weather, as well as life-sized cornerstones of the Great Pyramid of Giza, earthern mounds, henge stones and, via a woodland trail, access to the Nassau Astronomical Station – even nearby camping is available through the Geauga Park District.
