Lightroom to create two shot pano and color and contrast

A ton of light Pollution in most of Florida but fairly good conditions overall with no moon and the small towns of Palatka to the left and Green Cove Springs to the right as we look across the lazy St Johns River. Light streaks on the left are cars going over the Shands Bridge.
