The photo, taken with a Nikon CoolPix P900 camera at 19:01 (UTC-3h), shows Mercury approaching the Jupiter-Saturn pair at dusk. The planets were very low (5°-8°) above the southwestern horizon as their solar elongations ranged between 11.4° and 16.6°, whereas Jupiter and Saturn 2° were apart and Mercury 3.8° was away from Saturn.
