Located the comet using binoculars looking stationary above my rooftop. Took several long exposure shots from the front lawn surrounded by buzzing fire flies and mosquitoes. One of the shots taken had a commercial airplane on a landing approach, needless to say the comet was blocked on that one. This was one of the good ones.
