A Jovian corona.
Coronas are caused by bright light diffracting thru water droplets in the atmosphere. The size of the corona depends on the size of the water droplets; the smaller the droplets, the larger the corona.
Coronas are actually quite common around bright objects like the Moon, Venus, Jupiter and streetlamps!
