The flowers of the butterfly-blue pea vine (Clitoria Ternatea) make a great herbal tea.
The blue tea changes to bright purple when you add lemon. If you add a few hibiscus petals it turns a bright red. If you add a couple shots of rhum, it makes a tasty hot tottie!
