Equipment Details:

Samsung Galaxy J6 mobile phone camera, in a Solomark cell phone holder with dilating eyepiece/coupler, shooting through a basic reflector telescope.
Camera settings: Full Screen viewing, 4x full zoom, Pro Mode, with ISO 100, WB on 'auto', brightness at -2.0.

Image Details:

Venus is going setting earlier and earlier, and the summer heat is making the horizon cloudier. But there was just enough time to catch this crisp image of super-tall Venus at 2.9% illumination. Incredible just how bright something so slim can be! Catch it for yourself, before it passes into the sun's glare!
