I have been watching Venus move across the sky in the evening, but with the extra clean air with all of Peru on lockdown, there is no traffic, so the air of Cusco city is the clearest it has ever been.
Also, being at 3,400m (11,155 Feet) the atmosphere is much clearer up here too,
enabling the planet to be very easily be seen in the daytime even & just with the naked eye.
Although I have seen Venus in the day before, it is hard to find for the first time.
Once you have found it, & know where to look you can go straight back to it every day, knowing where it is in relation to the sun & your local skyline.
