Image Details:

This grey picture has nothing except the razor thin waning crescent moon also an 'Old Moon' at 2.7% illumination taken this morning at about 7 am in the ESE direction where the sun rises. This morning will be the last day one could see the moon before the new moon days later. The moon was about 399519 km away from the Earth when this photo was taken. But it was only visible minutes before the sunrise in Singapore, otherwise it could never been seen when the sun glares. The moon looks beautiful in whatever form it takes and i especially like the thin crescent shape !
