Photoshop Elements 15 - crop and size reduce four images to produce mosaic

Cumulus Cloud with Sun Dog
As the late afternoon Sun was descending behind a bank of cumulus cloud a Sun Dog (parhelion) appeared above it. Just after doing so the portion of cloud beneath became bird-shaped giving the impression that the Sun Dog was perched on one of its wings.
