Image Details:

Two of my favorite Southern Sky binocular targets.
They reside midway between the Southern Cross and the "False Cross". C91 and C92 are at the same declination as Crux (-60°), so if you can see Crux, you can see these deep sky objects (easily visible with the naked eye in a dark sky).
C91 has the distinction of being the first object imaged by the Hubble Space Telescope. Circa 1990! I'm really getting old.
