Daytime Waning Gibbous Moon Setting
Perfect visibility with a cloudless blue sky an hour and a half after sunrise on Sunday provided an excellent view from the Murambi High Level Water Tanks of the daytime Waning Gibbous Moon setting over Transmitter Hill. It is unusual for a daytime Moon to be so clearly visible while setting rowards a brightly sunlit horizon.
