The Moon passed by Alpha and Beta Capricorni tonight, two very nice double stars visible in the same binocular field of view.
Over the next several days, the Moon passes thru the dim "Water Constellations" of Capricorn (Sea Goat), Aquarius (Water Bearer) and Pisces (Fish). The bright Lunar glare will make it even more difficult to see these unremarkable constellations.
