Finding Neptune.
If you can see Fomalhaut in your sky, you can find Neptune with a pair of binoculars.
They are at approximately the same Right Ascension.
Meaning, when Fomalhaut crosses your Meridian (it's highest point), Neptune will be directly above it.
Aim your binoculars at Fomalhaut, then move up 24° until you see psi, psi1, psi2 and psi3 in your view (easily recognizeable). Neptune is just above psi Aqr.
It takes 165 years for Neptune to orbit the Sun, so it will be in this neighborhood for a while.
You need a large scope and at least 200x to see the planet's disc. Thru binoculars, it's just a tiny point of light. But you can see it!
