Image Details:

Rising sun from behind the hills. The golden haze reflection on the clouds gave the image the sense of "out-of-this-world" effect.

For a sun photo like this one, I usually use a stack of 2 (Kenko Pro1 D Pro ND 8 on lens filters). They do a great job in daylight long-exposure photography or to photograph the sun without, of course, using the viewfinder. Best time to shoot the entire disk of the sun safely is at first sunrise or minutes before sunset when sun is very low in the horizon.
