Syracuse had no measurable snowfall for the month of November in 2016 until Sunday. Sunday’s 6.4 inches, plus another 18.3 inches on Monday, puts the monthly total at 24.7 inches [63 cm]. That makes this November the fourth snowiest since 1940, as measured at Syracuse’s Hancock Airport.
