The Cleveland tree is a New London, New Hampshire family tradition that was started more than 20 years ago. Every year, just after Thanksgiving David Cleveland runs what seems like miles of electrical cord out to the middle of Cleveland Field on Main St. in New London, New Hampshire.

Thanks so much to A G Evans Photography for this lovely photo. A. Garrett Evans writes:

One of my favorite local holiday scenes. I captured this last night as the storm moved out and the nearly full moon peeked through the clouds. New London, NH, 12/15/2013.

Two shot composite.
Canon 6D, Canon 24-105mm @24mm, ISO 200, f/7.1, 30 sec. & ISO 200, f/9.0, 10.0 sec. Processed through Photoshop and Lightroom
