Ryan Britton is Managing Partner of EarthSky and Principal Investigator of the EarthSky en Español project. He works to help many types of organizations bring their science stories to EarthSky’s daily audience of millions. He joined EarthSky in 1995 and played a key role in establishing it as a world leader in bringing the words and insights of scientists to a global audience. In 2003, Ryan's leadership helped EarthSky earn a Public Service Award from the U.S. National Science Board - advisors to the U.S. President and Congress - for EarthSky's 'achievement in broadcasting explanations of research and everyday science to a worldwide audience.' EarthSky believes that science has a vital role to play in the 21st century. Ryan's job is to help insure EarthSky's continued global reach via traditional and new media. Plus he knows a lot of weird science.
