Supposedly, before the IBEX readings were better known, there were observations that it was shrinking at the time of the article (2008). Is this still true? I've been reading, yes, thus far. I would love to hear some discussion on how the sun's cycles affect the heilosphere and how such changes affect us here on planet earth.
