Steve Brusatte is a Ph.D candidate in paleontology at the American Museum of Natural History, and Columbia University in New York. He is the lead author on the Science paper describing the tyrannosaur family tree. His primary research focuses broadly on the skeletal anatomy, phylogenetic relationships, and large-scale evolutionary patterns of the carnivorous dinosaurs, the theropods.
