Stefanie Held heads the Technology Network Unit for the International Energy Association, an intergovernmental body which acts as energy policy advisor to the 28 leading developed countries of the world. The Technology Network Unit oversees IEA activities which support research, development, and policies concerning fossil fuels, renewable energy, end-use technologies, and fusion power. Ms. Held was formerly with the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and has a master’s in chemical engineering and an MBA.
