Roxanne Decyk heads the international government relations strategy, activity, and coordination of international business through over 100 country chairs for Royal Dutch Shell. Her title is Executive Vice-President of Global Government Relations. Ms. Decyk has a legal background, with a doctorate in law from Marquette University. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 200 and the Women’s Leadership Board at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She also currently serves as a Trustee for the Shell Foundation.
