Rob Dunn studies the interactions among species and the diverse consequences of those interactions, and he says he believes that ‘mystery still lurks around ordinary corners.’ Dunn is the author of Every Living Thing: Man’s Obsessive Quest to Catalog Life, from Nanobacteria to New Monkeys, published in late 2008. He is an assistant professor of biology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
