Jim Diana is interested in aquaculture and its role in feeding the world – especially poorer people in developing countries. He’s been studying the behavior and ecology of temperate fishes for over thirty years, particularly pike and muskellunge, and done extensive fish studies in Asia. Diana is Director of Michigan Sea Grant, a collaborative program of the University of Michigan and Michigan State University. Dr. Diana is the author of more than 70 scientific publications.
