Graeme Stephens is the principle investigator on NASA’s CloudSat mission, launched in 2006. He serves as director of the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, and is a University Distinguished Professor there. Dr. Stephens is editor of the Journal of the Atmospheric Sciences. In addition to more than 140 peer-reviewed articles, he authored Remote Sensing of the Lower Atmosphere: An Introduction.
