Eileen Shea serves as chief of the climate services division of the National Atmospheric and Oceanic Administration’s National Climatic Data Center, and also directs NOAA’s Integrated Data and Environmental Application Center. Her work involves improving the ways in which communities can access information about changing climate conditions, and use that information in day-to-day decisions. She is also focused on providing support to Pacific Islands to create more resilient communities.
