Daniel Sigman

Daniel Sigman is a winner of a 2009 “genius grant” from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. As a biogeochemist, he uses an interdisciplinary approach to examining the forces that have shaped the ocean’s fertility and Earth’s climate over the past 2 million years. Dr. Sigman is the Dusenbury Professor of Geological and Geophysical Sciences at Princeton University in New Jersey.
