		<description>Not all &quot;green&quot; buildings cost more.  This clip simply asks that architects (&amp; engineers) design buildings that are geared to the local climate. Taking advantage of solar orientation and prevailing winds doesn&#039;t have to cost anything but a little foresight during initial planning stages. Using ~30% glazing area combined with insulated spandrels would likely cost less to build, and require less energy to maintain. </description>
