		<description>	&lt;p&gt;Thanks for your coverage of this important issue. Two years ago, the company that I work for partnered with a similar group here in the States. The Center for Plant Conservation is working to bank the seeds of those plants facing extinction in North America. They are freezing seeds, as well as studying their propagation in greenhouses and then reintroducing them back into their natural habitats. While their scope is smaller than the folks in Norway, it is also honorable work. Their website is at http://www.centerforplantconservation.org/ where you can find an institution they are affiliated with in your region. If the plants die, we all die.&lt;/p&gt;
